No, all our tools are included in your subscription. There are no additional fees for using specific tools. You have unlimited access to our entire range of tools.
Yes, we offer an attractive discount for yearly subscriptions. By opting for an annual payment, you can save a specific percentage compared to the monthly price.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and your account will automatically be downgraded to the "Free" subscription at the end of that period.
We accept major credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as payments through secure online payment platforms.
Yes. Displayed prices include VAT: the amount charged is exactly what you see, whatever your country. The VAT share, which depends on your billing country, appears on your invoice.
Currently, we do not offer a free trial version of the "Gold" subscription. However, you can start with the "Free" subscription to explore our features and decide if the "Gold" subscription suits your needs.
The Team plan is billed per seat: you choose the number of users and the total is calculated accordingly. Entitlements (advanced surveys, extended quotas, hidden branding) then come from the workspace, not from each member's personal plan.
Your wheels and surveys are not deleted. Free plan limits apply again: beyond the allowed number of active surveys you must archive one before publishing another, and advanced features stop being available.
