1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Spinocchio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Spinocchio is an online platform offering various random decision-making tools, including fortune wheels, polls, roulettes, dice rolls, yes/no decisions, and coin flips. The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment and decision-making assistance purposes.
3. User Account
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by anyone else. You must not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Spinocchio or its content suppliers and is protected by French and international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spinocchio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be used to make important decisions without proper consideration.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
9. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider. Displayed prices include applicable taxes: the amount charged is the one shown before confirmation, and the VAT share for your billing country appears on the invoice. You may cancel at any time: the subscription stays active until the end of the current period, after which the account returns to the free plan. No refund is provided for a period already started.
10. Published content and moderation
You remain responsible for the content you create and publish. We may analyse, hide or remove content that breaches these terms or the law, and suspend the related account. Reported content may undergo manual review.
11. Account suspension and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your personal space. We may suspend or delete an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Data is then erased or anonymised according to the periods set out in the privacy policy.
